We will start our trip visiting Bogota and Zipaquira, a city known for its subway Salt Cathedral. In the capital of Colombia, we will be able to discover its historic district and get into its purest culture.
We will continue our tour contemplating the Coffee Cultural Landscape, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. A territory on the rise that stands out for the authenticity of its people, always ready to welcome visitors.
Coffee is one of the exponents of Colombian culture and we cannot miss an authentic coffee experience in a typical hacienda to discover the secrets of a coffee considered among the best in the world.
Cartagena de Indias will be another of our destinations where we can discover the most beautiful streets, squares, parks, churches, houses and balconies that carry that unmistakable fragrance of magical realism.
And nothing better to end our Colombian experience than to do it in Islas del Rosario, a small archipelago formed by 28 islands.

Itinerary

Day 1 – Spain – Bogota

Departure by regular flight to Bogota and private transfer to the hotel.

Day 2. BOGOTA

Breakfast at the hotel. Panoramic and pedestrian tour through the historic center of Bogota through
its streets tinged by facades with colonial and republican styles. Entrance to the art museum of the bank
of the Republic where we will visit the Botero museum to observe one of the most recognized samples of
art of the Colombian master, continuation of the tour through the Plaza de Bolivar where you can admire
the Palacio de San Carlos, La Casa de Nariño, residence of the President of the Republic, the Cathedral
Primada, the National Capitol and the Palacio Liévano.
We will end the tour with a visit to the Gold Museum to tour its rooms in which
pieces of Pre-Columbian goldsmithing and one of the most important in the country are exhibited. Lodging

Day 3 – Bogota- Armenia or Pereira.

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer from the hotel to the airport to take flight to Armenia or
Pereira. Arrival, assistance at the airport and transfer in private service to the hotel of your choice. Lodging.

Day 4 – Coffee Cultural Landscape

Breakfast at the hotel. Assistance and transfer in private transportation to Finca Cafetera. There we will make the interactive process of coffee. Reception with a welcome drink before starting a visit to the different lots of the farm, where
we will have an interactive tour. Afterwards, we will visit the mill to understand
the processes of pulping, fermentation and drying. Finally, we will arrive at a special place of the
Hacienda where we will have a cupping of specialty coffees.

Day 5 – Coffee Cultural Landscape

Breakfast at the hotel. Free day for personal activities. We recommend taking an OPTIONAL excursion
such as the visit to the Cocora Valley and Salento (see rates in optional and additional nights).

Day 6 – Armenia or Pereira – Cartagena De Indias

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer from hotel to airport to take flight to the city of Cartagena.
Arrival, assistance at the airport and transfer in private service to the chosen hotel. Accommodation

Day 7 – Cartagena

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure from the hotel to start the panoramic tour of the main neighborhoods
of the city as Bocagrande, Castillo Grande and Manga to reach and enter the Castle of San
Felipe, where we will visit one of the most important military engineering constructions of the colonial era
, continuation of the tour with the entrance to the Church of San Pedro Claver; End
the tour with a brief walk through the walled enclosure, where you can admire its beautiful
squares, narrow streets and houses with balconies decorated with flowers.

Day 8 – Cartagena De Indias

Breakfast at the hotel. Free day for personal activities. We recommend taking an OPTIONAL excursion
such as the tour to Rosario Islands. Lodging

Day 9 – Cartagena De Indias- Spain

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer from the hotel to the airport to take the flight back to the next destination.

Situation

Located in the northwestern region of South America, it is bordered to the east by Venezuela and Brazil, to the south by Peru and Ecuador, and to the northwest by Panama. In terms of maritime boundaries, it borders Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, Jamaica, Haiti, Dominican Republic and Venezuela in the Caribbean Sea, and Panama, Costa Rica and Ecuador in the Pacific Ocean.

Recommended time of year

The dry season, between December and March or alternatively in July and August.

Weather

There is a wide mosaic of climates and microclimates in Colombia, ranging from the hottest (30 °C on the coasts and plains) to the coldest, with temperatures below 0 °C in the mountain peaks of the Andes and the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.
