Let’s mention beforehand the essential ingredients that we believe an exotic family trip should have:

– Comfortable flights. An international flight that is not too long and, if possible, direct. Few or no internal flights once at destination.
– The hours in the car should not be excessive and if there are inevitably long journeys, the places should allow for stops.
– The destination offers fun activities for children such as walking, swimming, cycling, sailing or animal watching.
– That the destination is safe, both in terms of politics and health, avoiding places that are too remote or underdeveloped, so that any problems that may arise can be dealt with quickly.
