The extension of this mountain range is about 30 kilometers, with six summits that exceed 6,000 meters, in addition to fifteen others that exceed 5,400 meters. Its most important peak is the Yerupajá which, at 6,634 m, is the second highest mountain in Peru.
We will start our trekking in the small city of Huaraz, where you can breathe mountain atmosphere in every corner. We will make a first acclimatization trek to Laguna Churup (4,600 m) and begin the circuit, advancing between different local villages, taking advantage of the opportunity to get closer to the way of life of the local people. The highest point will be reached at the summit of Diablo Mudo, a mountain that we will climb once acclimatized, and that will give us splendid panoramic views from its 5,223 m of altitude.
In addition to an expert local guide, we will be accompanied by porters who will help us with the heavy load, so that we can relax during the hike and simply enjoy the scenery.
