The Ishinca Valley is one of the favorite places for climbers around the world because in addition to having mountains of varying difficulty, it is a beautiful place with landscapes that change as we follow its trails and go deeper into it.

In our expedition to the Ishinca Valley we will climb three mountains, which although they are very close to each other, have different characteristics from the technical and aesthetic point of view. The Urus Peak, which at 5,420 m is the lowest of the three, will allow us to achieve a good acclimatization to face the following challenges. It is also the rockiest of the three peaks and for its ascent we must first walk on ice and snow slopes. The 5,540 m Nevado Ishinca will be our next challenge. From its base camp we will start our way to the summit to enjoy one of the best views of the whole valley and its surroundings.

We will finish with the ascent to one of the most beautiful mountains of the Cordillera Blanca, the snow-capped Tocllaraju, 6,034m. This incredible icy pyramid will show us the true dimension of the mountains of Peru.
